BRIA YOON TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. About
The Bria Yoon digital applications (App) and fitness and nutrition services and products (Fitness Products) are available via our website at www.briayoon.com (Website). These platforms are owned by Bria Yoon (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’).
Bria Yoon offers various Fitness Products that are showcased on the Website and can be purchased through our designated payment processors. These include, but are not limited to:
Digital Products:
Monthly Subscription (Essential): Available for ongoing coaching and digital access.
6-Month Subscription (Core): A commitment-based coaching program.
Annual Subscription (Elite): Long-term coaching and app access.
Disclaimer
Bria Yoon provides fitness programs and nutritional guidelines (Programs) that are based on the individuals’ goals provided during the sign-up process. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.
Once a subscription is purchased via the App or the Website, the buyer will receive access for the duration of the selected tier. This period starts from the date the account is created and payment is made. App access will not be extended unless proof of an emergency medical condition is provided. Programs do not account for specific medical conditions, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. If you have, or are potentially at risk of, any health condition, we highly advise you to consult your healthcare provider before participating. Bria Yoon does not guarantee specific outcomes; results may vary.
2. Terms of Use
By registering an Account with Bria Yoon, or using the App or Website, you acknowledge and agree that you:

Consent to the use of your personal information as outlined in these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Acknowledge that Bria Yoon may amend these terms periodically; continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
3. Registration and License
You must be at least 18 years old to register an Account, use any Fitness Product, or participate in a Program. Each purchase is for your personal use only. Bria Yoon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the materials associated with your Subscription for personal use.
4. Payments, refunds and cancellations
Payments for all Fitness Products are to be made at the time of purchase using the available payment options—credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, or Stripe. No refunds are available for any Fitness Products or Subscriptions, and all sales are final upon purchase. If you need to cancel your membership at any time this can be done through your website log in (delivered upon initial sign up during onboarding) or please email connect@briayoon.com or reach out directly through your direct messaging channel. If a 6 month or 12 month package was purchased there will be a $150 cancellation fee.
5. Privacy
When you register or purchase a Fitness Product, we will have access to the personal information you provide. This information will be protected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use your email to communicate with you regarding your coaching and brand updates.
6. Community Guidelines
If accessing community forums or group coaching chats, users must:
Always respect other opinions and be polite.
Refrain from profanity, bullying, or demeaning comments.
Never post mental illness-related content or sexually explicit images.
Avoid spam or advertising other products.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
Bria Yoon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if you violate these terms. Customers may discontinue using a Subscription at any time, though no refunds for the remaining term will be issued.
8. Complaints
Customers may raise complaints by emailing support@briaaalove.com. We will investigate and provide a response within 7 business days.
9. Risk Acknowledgment and Disclaimers
You acknowledge that exercise routines carry inherent risks (e.g., joint injuries, heart or breathing problems). You understand that any exercise and nutrition guides provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
10. Customer Warranties
By using our services, you warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have obtained medical advice before starting any Program.
All information provided to Bria Yoon is truthful and accurate.
You will solely manage any food allergies or intolerances.
11. Limitation/Exclusion of Liability
Bria Yoon limits liability to the greatest extent allowed by Oregon State Law. We bear no responsibility for client negligence, third-party actions, or technical delays in accessing the App or Website.
12. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Bria Yoon and its agents harmless from any claims arising out of the use of the App, violation of these terms, or offensive behavior towards third parties.
13. Intellectual Property
The App, the Bria Yoon logo/trademarks, and all content of Programs, Fitness Products, and Subscriptions remain our property at all times. You refrain from copying or reproducing these materials.
14. Governing Laws
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Oregon State Law, United States of America. All parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Oregon.
